PP filler masterbatch is a white granular modified raw material produced by twin-screw extrusion. It takes polypropylene as the carrier, selects superfine mineral powder treated with surface activation modification, and mixes it with dispersing aids.

Application Scope

It is applicable to the manufacturing of all types of PP products including injection molding, extrusion, film blowing and fiber drawing, meeting processing demands of various industries:

· Injection molding: Plastic turnover boxes, household plastic components, disposable pallets, industrial housings

· Extrusion: PP sheets, hollow boards, water supply and drainage pipes, strapping bands

· Blow molding & film: Woven bags, packaging films, hollow containers

· Fiber & non-woven fabrics: Geotextiles, spunbond products, agricultural packaging textiles
