PE Filler Masterbatch

PE filler masterbatch is a functional modified granular material made of polyethylene as carrier. Adopting finely selected superfine mineral powder with surface activation modification, scientifically compounded with high-efficiency dispersing additives, it is produced through high-temperature blending and extrusion granulation. Featuring excellent compatibility and outstanding dispersibility, the product causes no screen blockage, no precipitation and presents uniform color during processing. Without affecting basic processing performance, it effectively improves product rigidity and dimensional stability while reducing raw material costs, suitable for all types of polyethylene molding processes.
