Product Features

Made of local high-purity marble raw materials with professional coupling agent coating process, the powder is hydrophobic and lipophilic, and has good compatibility with all kinds of plastic resins. The powder is fine and clean with few black spot impurities, stable quality of each batch, and no obvious performance fluctuation for long-term supply.

Application Fields

It is widely used in plastic and rubber products such as PVC wire and cable, plastic calendered film, synthetic resin tile, PVC foaming board, plastic filling masterbatch, rubber seals and artificial leather.

Main Functions

Activation surface treatment endows the powder with the property of easy plasticization at low temperature, and the plasticizing effect can be adjusted according to different finished products and processing equipment. After filling, it can effectively improve the surface gloss of plastic products and reduce die precipitation and blooming whitening during extrusion.

The powder disperses evenly and fully mixes with PVC resin, greatly reducing defects such as white spots and pits on finished products. When used in the production of foaming boards, the cells are evenly distributed, the internal stress of the board is balanced, and the finished product is not easy to bend and crack.

It can partially replace light calcium carbonate in the formula, reduce raw material investment and cut customers’ formula cost on the premise of guaranteeing the mechanical properties of finished products.
